1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Full provider details are in the imprint.

2. Visiting the website

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open a page, your browser transmits technically necessary data to GitHub, in particular your IP address, date and time, the address requested, the referring page and details about your browser and operating system. This processing is technically indispensable for delivering the page.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have no influence over the scope and duration of this server logging; details are set out in GitHub's privacy statement.

GitHub also processes data in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Advertising via Google AdSense

This website is funded by advertising. We use Google AdSense, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Cookies and similar technologies

Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

The data processed typically includes cookie identifiers, the IP address, details about the device and browser used, the page requested and interactions with the ads displayed.

Your consent

For visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we obtain your consent before any non-essential cookies are set. We use a Google-certified consent solution for this, which is shown to you on your first visit.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with the applicable national ePrivacy rules). You may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by changing your selection in the consent message or by deleting the cookies in your browser.

Without your consent, no personalised ads are served. Non-personalised ads, which do not evaluate your previous behaviour, may still appear.

Objection and your own settings

Independently of the above, you can permanently switch off personalised advertising:

Other advertising vendors

Besides Google, other vendors may serve ads on this website. You can see exactly which ones at any time in the consent message under "vendors" or "partners"; that list is kept up to date there and links to each vendor's privacy policy.

For more information on how Google uses data in its advertising products, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Google also processes data in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Storage in your browser

We store your choice of light or dark appearance locally in your browser. This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us. It disappears as soon as you clear your browser data.

5. Audience measurement with Cloudflare Web Analytics

To see how often our pages are opened, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. A small script is loaded with each page view and counts that view.

Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies, stores no identifier in your browser and does not track you across websites. Only aggregated information is recorded: the page opened, the referring page, approximate country, device type and browser. We cannot link any of it to you personally.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly audience measurement under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Further information: cloudflare.com/web-analytics-privacy.

6. No account, no sign-up

The site can be used without signing up. We collect neither names nor email addresses, and there is no contact form. If you write to us by email, we process your details solely in order to answer your message (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once the matter is settled and no retention obligations apply.

7. Retention

We do not store personal data on our own servers. The retention period for server logs is determined by GitHub, and the lifetime of advertising cookies by the details given in the consent message.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise these rights, contact info@drinkexpress.es.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid. You may also contact the authority where you live.

9. Changes

We update this policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here at the time applies.
